Polska Bibliografia Lekarska (Polish Medical Bibliography, PBL) from the Main Medical Library in Warsaw is a bibliographic database covering literature on biomedicine and health sciences, both professional and popular, published by Polish authors or in Polish journals. PBL also contains information on monographs, conference proceedings and unpublished dissertations and theses (doctoral and habilitation) held in the GBL collections. PBL was launched in 1979 and has been updated each three months. Currently it contains almost 400,000 records from over 1,900 journal titles.
